Poleko Lamb Charcoal Barbecued Lamb Cutlets

- 9 French cut lamb racks (cut into 3 pieces) shopping list
- 1 cup natural yoghurt shopping list
- 1 tspn crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 tspn crushed ginger shopping list
- 1 tspn garam masala shopping list
- 1 tspn salt shopping list
- 1/2 tspn chiili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tspn Tandoori colour (saffron) shopping list
- 1/2 tspn white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Place the lamb cutlets in the bowl and coat well.
- Cover and leave overnight in the fridge to marinate.
- Next day, remove the marinated cutlets from the fridge.
- Place over hot charcoal coals on a barbecue and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until your liking.
- Remove cutlets from the barbecue and place on a serving platter.
- Serve hot with mint sauce and your choice of mixed salad.
