Oatmeal Raisain Cookies

- 3/4 cup butter softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulsted sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 cup robin hood all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 a tsp of baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnemon shopping list
- 3 cups robin hood or old mill oats shopping list
- 1- 1/2 cups raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar, egg, water, and vanilla together on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy
- combine flour, soda and cinnamon . add to creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. stir in oats and raisine Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets
- press flat for crisp cookies leave mounded for chewy cookies bake at 350F for 12-15 mins or until edges are golden brown don't over
- bake
- makes about 30 cookies
