Crockmires Crab Melt

This is a great dish I used to order from T.P. Crockmire, a restaurant in Montgomery, AL 20 ish years ago. It is easy to fix and great if you don't feel like doing a full meal. Ingredients
- 2 english muffin shopping list
- 1 can crab meat shopping list
- sharp cheddar cheese, Grated shopping list
- 1 large tomato shopping list
How to make it
- Open and drain the crabmeat , squeeze excess liquid from meat
- Open English muffins and place on baking sheet
- Top each with 1/4 of the crab meat
- Slice tomato into 4 slices and place on top of crab meat
- Cover with a thick layer of grated sharp cheddar cheese and broil until Cheese is hot and bubbling.
- Serve Hot
