Sirloin Steak with Sweet and Tangy Orange Sauce

- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Heinze 57 steak sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. grated orange zest shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak (about 3/4" thick) all visble fat trimmed shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, stir together steak sauce, sugar, ornage zest and red pepper flakes.
- Lightly spray a broiler with cooking spray. Put steak on rack.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp. sauce over steak. let stand for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Broil about 4" fromthe heat for 3 minutes. Turn over.
- Spreading remaining sauce over steak.
- Broil for 6 minutes andlet stand until disered doneness.
- Remove form the broiler and let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
- ****This recipe called for A-1 steak sauce but the Heinze 57 gave it a more tangy taste and the A-1 sauce gave it a more salty taste********
