How to make it

  • In a small bowl, stir together steak sauce, sugar, ornage zest and red pepper flakes.
  • Lightly spray a broiler with cooking spray. Put steak on rack.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. sauce over steak. let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the broiler to high.
  • Broil about 4" fromthe heat for 3 minutes. Turn over.
  • Spreading remaining sauce over steak.
  • Broil for 6 minutes andlet stand until disered doneness.
  • Remove form the broiler and let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • ****This recipe called for A-1 steak sauce but the Heinze 57 gave it a more tangy taste and the A-1 sauce gave it a more salty taste********
