Oh is this ever so goood and very tasty. We have this with a salad and seasoned frozen French fries we absolutely love this dish!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Heinze 57 steak sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. grated orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak (about 3/4" thick) all visble fat trimmed

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together steak sauce, sugar, ornage zest and red pepper flakes.
  2. Lightly spray a broiler with cooking spray. Put steak on rack.
  3. Spoon 2 Tbsp. sauce over steak. let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the broiler to high.
  5. Broil about 4" fromthe heat for 3 minutes. Turn over.
  6. Spreading remaining sauce over steak.
  7. Broil for 6 minutes andlet stand until disered doneness.
  8. Remove form the broiler and let stand on a cutting board for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  9. ****This recipe called for A-1 steak sauce but the Heinze 57 gave it a more tangy taste and the A-1 sauce gave it a more salty taste********
