Wow this is pretty easy! I thought challah was a difficult bread to make, that's why I never tried it. But you make it seem manageable. I do love sesame - it's one of my favourite flavours. I've never heard of challa before, but I like bread heaps. I'd be keen to try this out. I can hear the drummy sound on the crispy crust already.
