	potatoe microwave spices sour cream fluffy

Ingredients

1 Yukon Gold Potatoe

Sour cream

Frenchfry Seasoning to taste (I buy it at the Dollar store)

Directions

Wash up your spud.

Microwave it for about 5 minutes or until it's done

Mash it up with a fork

Add a few dallops of sour cream

Sprinkle with seasoning and mix all together.

The ingredents on the shaker for the French Fry seasoning are Salt, spices (oh thanks, that really helps) and calcium silicate (used in most antacids). the brand is Encore Gourmet and it is a product of Canada. I got it at Dollarama. Hope this helps
