How to make it

  • Crust
  • Combine crust ingredients, spread in 13x9 inch pan
  • Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, cool
  • Filling
  • Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
  • Fold in Cool Whip
  • Spread over cooled crust
  • Topping
  • Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan
  • Add water and 2 cups blueberries.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and translucent
  • Crush some of the berries as they cook
  • Roemove from heat and add remaining sugar and blueberries
  • Spread over cream cheese filling and chill
