A Springtime recipe! *wink* So easy to make! Fine jelly for toast, scones or use in other recipes.

Ingredients
- 6 cup sugar
- 3 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 envelope. unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor)
- 1 bottle liquid pectin
- Canning jars and lids
Directions
- In large pot, bring to a full rolling boil, sugar, water, soda and Kool-Aid.
- Add liquid pectin and return to a full boil.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and skim.
- Immediately pour into hot jars and seal.

For canning, it depends on the size jar you want for jelly. I usually use the smaller ones (6 oz) so I make about a dozen.
