Kool - Aid Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

6 cup sugar

3 cup water

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1 envelope. unsweetened Kool-Aid (any flavor)

1 bottle liquid pectin

Canning jars and lids

Directions

In large pot, bring to a full rolling boil, sugar, water, soda and Kool-Aid.

Add liquid pectin and return to a full boil.

Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and skim.

Immediately pour into hot jars and seal.

For canning, it depends on the size jar you want for jelly. I usually use the smaller ones (6 oz) so I make about a dozen.
