How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl, add sugar and oil and mix well.
  • Stir in coffee, flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Top with chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.
