Spam-a-roni Casserole

Alright you SPAM lovers out there!! Here is something easy & good!
Ingredients
- 1 can Spam shopping list
- 1 8oz. box macaroni shopping list
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 8oz. can diced tomatoes shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut SPAM in small blocks and saute in margarine with onions until SPAM and onions are lightly browned.
- In a medium sized casserole dish, put cooked macaroni, diced tomatoes, SPAM and onions; stir.
- Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
- Cover casserole dish with foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Oh yeah - this is old school comfort food. Easy and hearty. We used to have Spam occasionally when I was a kidlet. Then I went for about 20 years without eating Spam...but am finding it's alright to bring out every once in a while. Very nostalgi...more
