Black Forest Smoothie Recipe
this is a way to have a Black Forest flavor without all the calories...this is from the cookbook called Smoothies

Ingredients
  • 1 container ( 6-ounces ) dark cherry-flavored yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBSP. sugar
  • 2 TBSP. cocoa
  • 1/4 teasp. almond extract
  • 1 - 2 ice cubes

Directions
  1. place all the ingredients in the blender container. cover
  2. process 15 -30 seconds until smooth using the on/off pulsing action to break up the chunks.
  3. divide smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately
