Chicken Poupon

                    - 4 tbsp of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard shopping list
- 2 tbsp of vermouth, dry white (our sub for water in original) shopping list
- 1 tsp of garlic powder (2 cloves of garlic fresh, minced, my sub) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of dried Italian seasoning (1 tsp of tarragon, my sub) shopping list
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness shopping list
- lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it 
                    - In large bowl, or plastic bag, combine mustard, vermouth, garlic, italian seasoning.
- Add chicken and smush around to coat.
- Place chicken in a 9x9x2 baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Until chicken test done with meat thermometer
- Garnish with a lemon wedge to squeeze over the chicken.
