Salsa Caribe

- 2 Tbls diced red onion shopping list
- 2 cups roma tomatoes 1/4 inch dice shopping list
- 1 - 2 fresh habanero or Scotch Bonnet Chiles seeded and finely minced shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons fresh basil julienned shopping list
- 1 small red bell pepper 1/4 in dice. shopping list
- juice of 2 limes shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips or as a condiment for grilled chicken or seafood. Excellent for Huevos Rancheros
- ** Note: Sometimes I will take half of the sala, puree it in a blender and mix it with the chunky half.

As a person who loves fish I have used salsa or chutney on them. Your Salsa Caribe with lime,basil and pineapple is a perfect combination to me.
