Ingredients

10 oz. penne pasta

1 large sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces

1 large sweet yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces

1 large green pepper, seeded and cut into 4 pieces

1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package and drain. Place pasta in a large bowl and keep warm.

Place peppers on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil 3 inches from heat 5 - 6 minutes or until tender, turning once. Cut peppers into 1-inch pieces.

Add peppers, viaigrette, beans and cheese to pasta; toss well.
