How to make it

  • Sift together the sifted flour and the sifted powdered sugar
  • Cut in the butter until mixture clings together
  • Press into 13x9x2' baking pan
  • Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Put eggs, sugar and lemon juice in blender; blend until thick and smooth
  • Sift flour and baking powder together; add to blender and blend to combine
  • Pour over crust
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Cool
  • Cut into bars

    Definitely. This recipe is a little less lemony than usual (which is why I like it) so if you're used to ultra lemony and sugary bars then this recipe might not be your game.

    But I think their superb :D
