Ingredients
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 60z package chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bar parafin

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together... Let chill for about an hour
  2. Then roll mixture into balls about the size of between nickels and quarters... not to small but not too big...rechill
  3. Dipping sauce:
  4. Melt chocolate chips and parafin in double boiler..
  5. Dip each round ball into chocolate and set on wax paper to harden.
  6. Take a toothpick and stick in balls to dip.. this makes it easier

I had a recipe for this, but it was wreong! It tasted pretty good anyway, considering the ingredients. I'll try yours and see if we like it better.
