  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 Pillsbury Home Baked Classics frozen biscuits
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter, softened

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Generously grease and 8x4 inch loaf pan(I use Pam spray)
  3. In small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon with fork.
  4. Microwave biscuits uncovered on DEFROST about 45 seconds.
  5. Cut each biscuit into fourths.
  6. Dip each piece into melted butter; coat with brown sugar mixture.
  7. Arrange in single layer pan.
  8. Top with any remaining butter and brown sugar mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the oats.
  10. Top with blueberries.
  11. In medium bowl, stir together granulated sugar, remaining oats and softened butter.
  12. Sprinkle over blueberries
  13. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown and center is done.
  14. Cool for 15 minutes.
  15. Serve warm
  16. Makes 4 servings, but sounds like 1 to me!!

I have 3 cases of blueberries from the husband on Wednesday. I need blueberry recipes. This will help fill the bill. I'm making my momma's melt in your mouth blueberry cake for Easter Sunday brunch at my sister's house. This recipe will be for my family later in the week. YUM!
