Country Blueberry Coffee Cake

- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 4 Pillsbury Home Baked Classics frozen biscuits shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats shopping list
- 3/4 cup blueberries shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons granulated white sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Generously grease and 8x4 inch loaf pan(I use Pam spray)
- In small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon with fork.
- Microwave biscuits uncovered on DEFROST about 45 seconds.
- Cut each biscuit into fourths.
- Dip each piece into melted butter; coat with brown sugar mixture.
- Arrange in single layer pan.
- Top with any remaining butter and brown sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the oats.
- Top with blueberries.
- In medium bowl, stir together granulated sugar, remaining oats and softened butter.
- Sprinkle over blueberries
- Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown and center is done.
- Cool for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm
- Makes 4 servings, but sounds like 1 to me!!
