Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Cream margarine with sugar.
  • Add egg and beat well.
  • IF MIXTURE SEEMS TOO DRY, OR YOU HAVE EXTRA BANANAS, ADD ANOTHER EGG.
  • Add cereal, pineapple with juice, bananas, biscuit mix & cinnamon.
  • Stir until just blended.
  • Mixture will be lumpy.
  • Stir in chocolate chips(if desired)
  • Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of batter;
  • Bake 15 - 20 minutes, or until tops are light brown & toothpick comes out clean.
  • CAREFUL! BOTTOMS WILL BURN IF YOU LET TOP GET TOO BROWN!!
  • Make 18 - 20 regular or 12 large muffins
