Ingredients

1 large bunch cliantro, cleaned and big stems removed

2-4 cloves garlic, peeled

1/3 cup walnuts

zest from 1 lime

1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Put cilantro, garlic, walnuts and lime zest in bowl of food processor. Process until everything is mostly chopped and mixed together. Stream in olive oil and process until smooth. If serving with pasta, reserve a little pasta cooking water to help mix it all together and make it a little more "saucy".
