Sukiyaki is one of the most popular one-pot food in Japan. The main ingredient is thin sliced beef, and it is simmered in a skillet or pan in the sukiyaki sauce with vegetables, mushrooms, and more.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. pork, cut in thin and small pieces
  • 4 carrots diced qual amount of celery, diced
  • 1/4 chinese cabage heat
  • 1cup bean sprouts ( or Bamboo shorts )
  • 1/2 cupo of mushroms
  • 1 yaki-dofu (grilled tofu)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions
  1. Fry meal and onion
  2. Boil carrots and celery together. When almost done, add to meat and onion.
  3. Add 1/4 to 1/2 up of soy sauce , depending on taste, and add brown sugar
  4. Just before ready to serve, add the bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, tofu and mushroms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve on boilded rice.
