Sukiyaki

- 1/2 lb. pork, cut in thin and small pieces shopping list
- 4 carrots diced qual amount of celery, diced shopping list
- 1/4 chinese cabage heat shopping list
- 1cup bean sprouts ( or Bamboo shorts ) shopping list
- 1/2 cupo of mushroms shopping list
- 1 yaki-dofu (grilled tofu) shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Fry meal and onion
- Boil carrots and celery together. When almost done, add to meat and onion.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 up of soy sauce , depending on taste, and add brown sugar
- Just before ready to serve, add the bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, tofu and mushroms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve on boilded rice.
