How to make it

  • Fry meal and onion
  • Boil carrots and celery together. When almost done, add to meat and onion.
  • Add 1/4 to 1/2 up of soy sauce , depending on taste, and add brown sugar
  • Just before ready to serve, add the bean sprouts, chinese cabbage, tofu and mushroms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve on boilded rice.
