Have to say this is my favorite Quiche, with
these ingredients you are left feeling like you had a full meal. Nice with small side salad.

Ingredients
- CRUST....Buy one.
- FILLING
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1&1/2 cups half&half
- 2 Tbs. chopped chives
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- Spread cheese over bottom of crust and top with chicken
- sprinkle bacon over chicken
- place asparagus spears in spoke pattern on top of bacon
- In a small bowl mix eggs, chives, half&half, salt and pepper
- pour over chicken mixture in pie crust
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and set in the middle.
- Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
