- 1 lg. box vanilla pudding (not instant) shopping list
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 6 oz. butterscotch cake shopping list
- 2 C. pecan pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix pudding according to package directions.
- Take out 1/2 cup of pudding and dispose, this does make a big difference in the taste and texture of the cake.
- Mix rest of pudding with dry cake mix until blended.
- Pour into an 11 x 9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top then pecan pieces.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
