How to make it

  • mix the dry ingredients together
  • rub into pork on all sides
  • place pork in casserole dish
  • bake covered or uncovered for 45mins-1 hour, until no longer pink

    Nov 23/ 15 Flavour wise I would love to give this wonderful recipe 5 starts but there are some issues with the recipe. First there is no measurements on the ingredients second there is pepper and then black pepper. What is the first pepper for? I used cayenne pepper for this. I also used 2 tsp. of each. While yes the flavour was great I found the cayenne pepper level I used strong in places so will cut this back next time I do this recipe and yes I will be making again.
