My first attempt at any king of roast

Ingredients
  • picnic pork roast
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • ginger
  • turmeric
  • black pepper

Directions
  1. mix the dry ingredients together
  2. rub into pork on all sides
  3. place pork in casserole dish
  4. bake covered or uncovered for 45mins-1 hour, until no longer pink
