Thanks for posting up this recipe!! It's been in our (Italian) family since I was a wee one. I just made it for a birthday gig at the office and another gentleman's Italian Grandmother also used to make this except she made it with Lemon aid and Lime aid. We make ours as you published it..and I REALLY prefer it with the "Squirt" pop. THANKS also for doing the math conversion...my old recipe calls for a 5th (1/5th vodka) = 3 cups. THanks again for this!! It's G.R.E.A.T and I have many requests for our "health food" slushy.

This recipe takes me back! I think this was the first recipe I bookmarked when I first got on this site. My parents & their friends used to have this all the time back in the 70's when I was little. I've always thought about asking Mom for it, but would forget. Thanks for having it on here, can't wait to make it.
