- 6 LARGE GRILLED chicken breast fillets OR 10 SMALL (CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES) shopping list
- 3 BOXES OF elbow macaroni shopping list
- 1 PURPLE OR yellow onion( DICED FINELY) shopping list
- 1 BUNCH green onions (CHOPPED) shopping list
- 1 YELLOW OR red bell pepper( FINELY DICED) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper FINELY DICED shopping list
- 5-6 LARGE eggs (BOILED) EACH EGG NEEDS TO BE CUT INTO FOURTHS OR YOU CAN DICE THE EGG INTO SMALLER PIECES shopping list
- 2 CUPS OF SHREDDED cheese (YOUR CHOICE) WE USE VELEVETTA shopping list
- 2 tomatoes (CHOPPED) shopping list
- 2 CUPS celery (FINELY CHOPPED) shopping list
- 1 JAR OF HELLMAN'S OR KRAFT MAYONAISE shopping list
- seasoning (I USE NATURES seasoning, YOU CAN USE TONY'S, SLAP YA MAMA, ETC.. YOUR CHOICE) shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- black pepper (TO TASTE) shopping list
How to make it
- CHOP AND DICE ALL YOUR VEGETABLES
- GRILL THE CHICKEN BREAST
- BOIL THE ELBOW MACARONI
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- SERVE
- REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS
HALFWAY DONE
