Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt 2 tbls butter over medium heat
  • Add shallots and saute until golden brown, a couple minutes
  • Cool
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well
  • Salt and pepper

    Very nice one, dear. I can see this tucked under the chicken skin and roasted. Or melted over some veggies. Love compound butter and shallot are a favorite.
