Low Fat Chocolate Toffee Truffle

- 1 chocolate sheet cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup applesauce shopping list
- 3/4 carton Eggbeaters shopping list
- 2 large boxes instant sugar-free chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- milk shopping list
- 16-oz carton Lite Cool-Whip shopping list
- 6-oz package Heath sensations toffee bits shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Make chocolate sheet cake from a mix.
- Substitute applesauce for oil and Eggbeaters for eggs in mix
- Bake according to package directions.
- Remove cake from pan and cut in half, then cut into bite-size pieces.
- Freeze remaining cake for another time.
- Make chocolate pudding mix, except use the amount of milk called for on the box plus ONE ADDITIONAL CUP
- In truffle bowl or any tall clear bowl, layer cake, pudding and Cool-Whip. then layer again, this time topping with Cool Whip, Heath bits and chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate then eat it all up!
