Ice Cream Corn Bread

- 2 cups White Lily self-rising cornmeal mix 9 or whatever you want to use) shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups softened ice cream ( FRENCH vanilla OR PLAIN vanilla) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven on 450 F.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased iron skillet pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
