Ingredients
  • 1 pound of equal amounts red and Yukon gold fingerling potatoes.
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup Mustard greens chopped
  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 package dried mushrooms broken up into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided.
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 package frozen Hot Chicken Free Nuggets thawed
  • 1 cup Italian style Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 Spanish onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons water to moisten bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon mushroom powder
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast.
  • a pinch of Dried sage.
  • 1 whole wheat pie crust

Directions
  1. To start add half the butter and the flour to a pot on medium cook for one minute.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sweat until translucent
  3. Whisk mixture until smooth add th water little at a time while whisking.
  4. Add all the rest of the Vegetables, dried mushrooms and turn up the heat to medium high.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes un covered and reduce to about half and is thickened
  6. In the mean time cube the chicken free nuggets and distribute them evenly on bottom of the pie .
  7. Combine the Toasted Wheat Germ and the Italian Style Bread crumbs
  8. Place the filling on top of the nuggets
  9. cover with bread crumb mixture and dot with remaining butter.
  10. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven when golden brown, let cool and serve.
