These are quick and inexpensive plus delicious

Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.
  2. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full; bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown at 450 degrees
  3. Yield: 1 dozen
