Pesto Cream Sauce

                    - 2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup good white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 8 slices sun dried tomato shopping list
- 1 tablespoon pesto shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Sweat onion and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not brown.
- Add white wine, cream, black pepper and sun dried tomatoes and bring to a boil in a large pan.
- Turn down heat to simmer. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add pesto to sauce.
- Warm through.
- Serve with steamed mussels.
