Homemade Cognac Ice Cream Recipe
This recipe is a perfect mixture of textures which makes a real homemade professional ice cream

Ingredients
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cans regular milk (use the empty condensed can to measure regular milk)
  • 2 cans half and half or whipping cream (without sugar)
  • 1/3 cup cognac ( or 1/2 cup if you like)

Directions
  1. Mix everything in the blender leaving at the end the cognac to check your taste.
  2. Freeze. (depends on your freezer, I'll say 8 hours)
  3. Enjoy!
