Raspberry Custard Bars

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups plus 1/2 cup sugar, divided shopping list
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, at room temperature shopping list
- 1 (14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4 cups fresh or frozen raspberries shopping list
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In large bowl, mix flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter until well combined. Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- In large bowl, with mixer, beat 1 cup sugar, EAGLE BRAND® and eggs. Fold in raspberries; spread mixture over hot crust.
- Bake until custard is set, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool completely.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over bars. Chill. Cut into bars.
- Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
