Beer and Molasses Barbecue Sauce

- 1 1/4 cups chili sauce, bottled shopping list
- 3/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 3/4 cup beer shopping list
- 2 tbls. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tbls. chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce(I use Franks) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients into saucepan
- Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until sauce thickens and reduces to about 2 cups, stirring occasionally.
- Cool before using

- Brush often the last 15 minutes of cooking and it will create a beautiful shiny glaze
