These are very good cookies, I use a medium size ice cream scoop to put the cookie dough on the baking sheets, this way they all come out the same size and look very professional. Enjoy Prep time does not include baking time.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of Butter
  • 4 Cups of Flour
  • 2 Tsps of Baking Soda
  • 2 Cups of SUgar
  • 5 Cups Blended Oatmeal
  • 24 oz Choch Chips
  • 2 Cups of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1- 8 ozHershey Bar Grated
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups of Chopped nuts (your choice)

Directions
  1. Measure Oatmeal & Blend in a Blender to fine power
  2. Cream the butter & 2 Sugars
  3. Add Eggs & Vanilla,
  4. Mix Together with Flour, Oatmeal, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda
  5. Add Chocolate Chips, Hersey Bar & Nuts
  6. Roll into balls & Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet
  7. Bake 10 mins @ 375 makes 112 cookies
