EXQUISITE HONEY BLUEBERRY BUTTER
This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the White Estate in Frisco, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup butter
Directions
- Puree blueberries in blender then pour into saucepan with honey and bring to a boil.
- Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Stir in lemon juice then chill mixture.
- Have butter at room temperature.
- Blend into honey blueberry mixture with a blender then store in refrigerator.
