Ingredients

6 tbls. butter, softened

2 hard boiled egg yolks

2 tbls. sun dried tomatoes, oil packed, drained, and finely chopped

1 tbls. of oil from sun dried tomatoes

8 pimento stuffed green olives, finely chopped

4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped

4 tsp. capers, drained

2 tsp. rosemary, fresh and chopped

2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Salt and pepper

Directions

Mash butter and yolks in bowl to form paste

Mix in sun dried tomatoes and reserved oil

Mix in remaining ingredients.
