Catalan Butter

This compound butter is wonderful on lots of things..Grilled bread, fish, chicken to name a few.
Ingredients
- 6 tbls. butter, softened shopping list
- 2 hard boiled egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tbls. sun dried tomatoes, oil packed, drained, and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tbls. of oil from sun dried tomatoes shopping list
- 8 pimento stuffed green olives, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped shopping list
- 4 tsp. capers, drained shopping list
- 2 tsp. rosemary, fresh and chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mash butter and yolks in bowl to form paste
- Mix in sun dried tomatoes and reserved oil
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
