Crab Cucumber Canapes Recipe
This light and easy to make appetizer is crowd favourite at my house. Hope you like this.

Ingredients
  • 1 long English cucumber
  • 1 120 g of crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 c low free sour cream
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp clives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantros, chopped
  • extra cilantro leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Cut cucumbers in 1/4" slices. Pat dry with paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix crabmeat, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, chives and cilantros.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place a small spoonful onto of the cucumber.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and top with a cilantro leaf.
  6. Chill and serve.
