Crab Cucumber Canapes Recipe

Ingredients

1 long English cucumber

1 120 g of crabmeat, drained

1/4 c low free sour cream

2 tbsp green onions, chopped

2 tbsp clives, chopped

1 tbsp cilantros, chopped

extra cilantro leaves for garnishing

1 tsp lemon juice

salt and pepper

paprika

Directions

Cut cucumbers in 1/4" slices. Pat dry with paper towel.

In a bowl, mix crabmeat, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, chives and cilantros.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Place a small spoonful onto of the cucumber.

Sprinkle with paprika and top with a cilantro leaf.

Chill and serve.
