How to make it

  • Cut cucumbers in 1/4" slices. Pat dry with paper towel.
  • In a bowl, mix crabmeat, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, chives and cilantros.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place a small spoonful onto of the cucumber.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and top with a cilantro leaf.
  • Chill and serve.
