Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

3/4 cup orange juice

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup vegetable oil

TOPPING

*****************************************************

2 Tablespoons grated orange rind

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Mix ingredients in order given and stir until well moistened

Pour into 10 inch cake pan

Mix topping ingredients together

Sprinkle topping over batter

Dot with 2 tablespoons butter

Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes
