Make Ahead Orange Coffee Cake

- Serves 10
You can mix the dough as much as 3 or 4 days ahead. Refrigerate until needed, then bake!
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind shopping list
- 3/4 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- ***************************************************** shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- ***************************************************** shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons grated orange rind shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Mix ingredients in order given and stir until well moistened
- Pour into 10 inch cake pan
- Mix topping ingredients together
- Sprinkle topping over batter
- Dot with 2 tablespoons butter
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes
