I have fond memories going to a famous restaurant and eating this and it's awesome! You'll love Pini Cheese!

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 lbs. cream cheese
- 6 oz. blue cheese
- 3 oz. chopped green olives
- 3 oz. chopped roasted red peppers
- 3/4 t. salt
Directions
- Cream all ingredients together.
- Put into a cheese mold to form a ball or you can use an old Cool Whip container, press it in and refrigerate.
- Strips of green pepper and sliced olives can be used to decorate the top. Serve with crackers, bread & vegetables.
