Great recipe for easy and wonderful Potato Wedges from Boston Market.
I like too add sliced green onions. This is cooked in butter! You can also use vegetable oil or canola. Serve with whipped sour cream .

Ok Ok Ok I just tried this! My Gosh! This was the best potato wedge I have ever made! I never thought to of boiled them first, in the past I would pan fry then bake!
My hubby will never divorce me if i keep dinners this great!
