How to make it

  • Place basil leaves, parsley and garlic into a food processor or blender.
  • Add toasted pine nuts, cheese and olive oil.
  • Process until a smooth paste is formed.
  • Divide into small glass jars.
  • Cover with a thin film of olive oil.
  • Add lid an freeze.
  • Thaw in fridge and pour off the olive oil.
