- 2 c fresh basil leaves shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 hand full of parsley shopping list
- 1/2 c toasted pine nuts shopping list
- 3/4 c grated parmesan or ramano cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place basil leaves, parsley and garlic into a food processor or blender.
- Add toasted pine nuts, cheese and olive oil.
- Process until a smooth paste is formed.
- Divide into small glass jars.
- Cover with a thin film of olive oil.
- Add lid an freeze.
- Thaw in fridge and pour off the olive oil.
