OHIO BUCKEYES BALLS ARE MERELY PEANUT BUTTER BALLS BUT THEY LEAVE ONE END PARTIALLY OPEN TO RESEMBLE A BUCKEYE NUT.

  • 1 POUND CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1 1/2 POUNDS POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1 CUP MARGARINE
  • 1 - OF CHOCOLATE BARK= (OR MAY USE 12 OUNCES CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND 1/2 STICK PARAFFIN WAX)
  • *************************************************************************** YOU CAN DOUBLE THIS IF NEEDED

Directions
  1. MIX PEANUT BUTTER AND POWDERED SUGAR TOGETHER LIKE PIE DOUGH, THEN ADD MARGARINE.
  2. CHILL DOUGH BRIEFY IT MAKES IT EASIER TO ROLL INTO BALLS
  3. ROLL INTO BALLS AND CHILL FOR 30 MINUTES- 1 HOUR.
  4. MELT CHOCOLATE BARK ***** OR CHOCOLATES CHIPS AND PARAFFIN....... DIP BALLS INTO CHOCOLATE AND LEAVE A PORTION OPEN ON ONE END FOR BUCKEYES OR COVER ENTIRE BALL IF NOT WANTING THE BUCKEYE LOOK.
  5. PLACE ON WAX PAPER UNTIL SET
  6. STORE IN CONTAINER I NORMALLY PUT MINE IN REFRIGERATOR. BUT YOU CAN LEAVE OUT IN A TIGHT CONTAINER OR ZIP LOCK BAG
