How to make it

  • Mix sugar butter and eggs until pale
  • mix flour baking powder and salt, add to egg mixture, fold gently
  • add berries, don't over mix
  • I use huge muffin tins, and I prefer using papper line
  • bake for 20 minutes, if it's not done cover the top with a piece of foil and bake for another 7 minutes
  • cool in a baking rack, and eat :)

I made this just a few minutes ago and I found that it was not a batter but like a crumble, I had to use an Ice cream scoop and press it in the scoop and then put them in the muffin tins. I had to guess at the cooking temp as it is not listed. I probbably will not make them again.
