Smothered Chicken

- 8 chicken pieces shopping list
- 2 Tblesp. soy sauce shopping list
- hot sauce to taste shopping list
- 2 Tblesp. oil shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse chicken. Skin them if desired. Pat dry.
- Season with soy sauce and hot sauce.
- Saute onion, pepper and parsley in oil.
- Add wine and stir in garlic.
- Add chicken pieces.
- Stir gently.
- Simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
