Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rinse chicken. Skin them if desired. Pat dry.
  • Season with soy sauce and hot sauce.
  • Saute onion, pepper and parsley in oil.
  • Add wine and stir in garlic.
  • Add chicken pieces.
  • Stir gently.
  • Simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles.
