Ingredients
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shoestring potatoes
  • 1 cup peanuts

Directions
  1. Heat chips on high in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring once, until melted (this may take more than 2 minutes).
  2. Mix in shoestring potatoes and nuts.
  3. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper-covered cookie sheet.
  4. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until set.
