I've been making this pasta dish for about 12 years. It's very rich, but It's so fantastic.
The gorgonzola cheese makes the perfect match for flavorful wheat pasta.

Angie, I'm lactose intolerant, but I can eat cheeses if I take a pill first. However the milk or cream in this recipe makes it a no-no for me, as much as I adore Gorgonzola! Do you suppose I could substitute plain yogurt for the cream? I have no problems with yogurt.
