Shrimp Wonton

- 1 lb of uncooked shrimp shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 2 tsp Chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger root shopping list
- ½ tsp Sesami oil shopping list
- cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- ½ tsp sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp chili flakes shopping list
- water shopping list
- Wonton sheets shopping list
How to make it
- Chop shrimp finely or throw in a food processor, set shrimp a said in a bowl.
- Now add egg white, sesame oil, ginger root, and mix together
- In a baking sheet dust some cornstarch and spread, rest wonton sheet and add filling.
- You can either cook them or fry them.
- If you decide to cook them make sure that you have very hot boiling water and throw in a few at a time. Once the come up to the surface that means that they are done.
- SAUCE PREPARATION:
- Add the 2 tsp of soy sauce, sugar and chili flakes and mix well.
