How to make it

  • Chop shrimp finely or throw in a food processor, set shrimp a said in a bowl.
  • Now add egg white, sesame oil, ginger root, and mix together
  • In a baking sheet dust some cornstarch and spread, rest wonton sheet and add filling.
  • You can either cook them or fry them.
  • If you decide to cook them make sure that you have very hot boiling water and throw in a few at a time. Once the come up to the surface that means that they are done.
  • SAUCE PREPARATION:
  • Add the 2 tsp of soy sauce, sugar and chili flakes and mix well.
