Ingredients
  • 1 lb of uncooked shrimp
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger root
  • ½ tsp Sesami Oil
  • Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes
  • Water
  • Wonton sheets

Directions
  1. Chop shrimp finely or throw in a food processor, set shrimp a said in a bowl.
  2. Now add egg white, sesame oil, ginger root, and mix together
  3. In a baking sheet dust some cornstarch and spread, rest wonton sheet and add filling.
  4. You can either cook them or fry them.
  5. If you decide to cook them make sure that you have very hot boiling water and throw in a few at a time. Once the come up to the surface that means that they are done.
  6. SAUCE PREPARATION:
  7. Add the 2 tsp of soy sauce, sugar and chili flakes and mix well.
