Kid Lovin Lanai Sandwich

- 1 can(8oz)sliced pineapple in juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 8 slices 9 grain bread shopping list
- 4 thin slices baked ham(or turkey ham) shopping list
- 4 thin slices reduced fat swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 iceberg lettuce leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Place strainer inside a mixing bowl.
- Pour pineapple slices into strainer, drain.
- Combine 1 Tablespoon pineapple juice with mayo, mustard, green onion & cayenne pepper.
- Spread over one side of each slice of bread
- Lay four slices of bread flat on counter
- Layer the ham, cheese, pineapple, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
- Place on cutting board.
- Cut sandwiches in half on the diagonal and serve
- Delicious! Enjoy!
