Ham Artichoke Spread

Wonderful served with crackers, or just make a large bowl for sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 cups minced country ham or ham of your choice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped artichokes, canned, marinated, or relish shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion shopping list
- Sprinkle of cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Mix well
- Serve chilled on crackers OR
- Make sandwiches*
- *Double for sandwiches, and may add more mayonnaise
